5.1 Assembly of the base frame and weight stack
1. Insert the guide tubes (5-2pcs) into the back base tube (4).
Then, attach the main base (3) and base connect tube (8) to
the back base (4) and secure them with hex bolts (85-2pcs),
washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
2. Attach the front base tube (1) and stabilising base (2) to the
main base (3) and secure with hex bolts (85-2pcs), washers
(97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
3. Attach the stabilising base (2) to the base connect tube (8).

Secure with hex bolts (85-2pcs), washers (97-4pcs) and
nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
4. Attach the push up bar (28) and (29) to the back base tube
(4). Secure with hex bolts (90- 2pcs), the support plate (30),
washers (97-4pcs) and nylon nuts (101-2pcs).
5. Slide both guide tubes (5-2pcs) into the rubber rings (65-
2pcs).
6. Place the weight stacks (32-9pcs) into the guiding tubes (5-
2pcs). Make sure the groove is facing downward.
7. Install the black fixing bushing (76) on the selector bar (78).
Place the fixing pin (77) through the hole of the black fixing
bushing and the first hole of the selector bar, then attach it
to the bottom slot of the top plate (31). Next, place the
selector bar (78) into the weight stacks (32). Attach the big
