PS/2 connection
1. Make sure your computer is switched off.
2. Connect the PS/2 adaptor to the USB plug of your
receiver and then connect it to the PS/2 socket
of your computer. The socket is marked with a
mouse icon or coloured green.
3. Restart your computer.
Note: Most computers have more than one PS/2
socket for connecting the mouse and the keyboard.
However, some computers still only have one socket,
which can be used for either mouse or keyboard.
Such systems only allow connection of one of the two
devices.
USB connection
1. Connect the USB cable to the corresponding
USB port of your computer. The plug&play function
of your computer will detect the new device
automatically. Windows may ask you to insert
the Windows Installation CD. Follow the instructions
on the screen.
Please note, that Windows 95/NT do not support
USB devices.
Charging
Place the mouse in the charger/receiver for at least 14
hours. While the mouse is charging, the LED light will
flash quickly. When charging is complete, the flashing
will slow down. The mouse is ready for use.
