Crusty French Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 2/3 cup water
* 2 tsp oil
* 2 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
* 3 1/4 cup white bread flour
* 2 tbsp gluten flour
* 2/3 cup water
* 3 1/2 tsp active dry or 3 tsp rapid rise yeast
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu button; Select Program #2
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color.
Press the Start – Stop button or select the delayed start button.
Honey Whole Wheat Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 2/3 cup water
* 2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
* 1/3 cup honey
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 3 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
* 3 tbsp gluten flour
* 2 tbsp powdered milk
* 2/3 cup water
* 3 tsp active dry or 2 tsp rapid rise yeast
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu button; Select Program #3
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color.

Awesome Oat Bran Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 1/2 cup frozen apple concentrate, thawed
* 1 cup of water
* 1 1/2 tbsp butter or margarine
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp dry milk
* 3 cups white bread flour
* 1/2 cup oat bran
* 3 tsp active dry or 2 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
