1. Each day:

2. Once a month (or after each 50 working hours):

• The user must always pay attention to the fact that continuous use of rotating and impact producing
manual tools could result in joint and health injuries caused by the vibration.
• Ergonomic load: Repeated work related to monotonous movements and unfavorable body positions may
cause back, neck, arm and other joint injuries.
Prevention of leak. One has to provide that there would not occur leakages in the air system. When assem-
bling the nipples to the tools, spire isolation band should always be used. One should also ensure that the
air hoses and hose couplings are in perfect conditions.
The compressed air has to be dry. The more clean and dry the air is kept, the longer the life time of the
machine. Use a
water which can cause corrosion damages on tools and applications.
Water condensation. One has to remember in the beginning or at the end of each working day to release
the condensed water from the compressor tank and pressure pipes.
