Drill the holes in the appropriate locations.

Screw in the screws into the wall-plugs leaving
enough of the screw showing for the magnetic
knife holder to slide over.

Insert the wall-plugs into the holes.

Install the magnetic knife holder by placing the
slots in the back over the screws and then slide
it down to lock. Adjust the screws as required for
a secure fit.
