TROUBLESHOOTING
In the event of technical problems,
please follow the steps below.
You must have an iPhone running
iOS 5.0+, Samsung Galaxy or other
phone running Android 4.3+ for this
device to work correctly. It will not
work with phones running other
operating systems:
•
Charge the Vortex Pro I for 60
minutes
•
Update your phone to the latest
iOS/Android version
•
Remove any 3rd party camera apps
you have installed (you can reinstall
them later)
•
Remove all previously connected
devices from your Bluetooth
list (you can reconnect them later)
•
Ensure that no other cellphone or
tablet is already paired with the selfie
stick or remote shutter (only 1
device can be connected at a time)
•
Restart your phone
•
Turn on your phone's Bluetooth
•
Turn on the Vortex Pro I ensuring the
button LED flashes blue (indicating
pairing mode)
•
Wait until "VORTEX PRO" appears
in your Bluetooth
that it may appear as KEYBOARD
first in your device list - this is ok)
•
IMPORTANT: You must select or click
"VORTEX PRO" to pair your device
•
For Android users, ensure that you
have properly configured the volume
key to operate the camera shutter
(see step 4).

IMPORTANT:

Press button on Vortex Pro I to take a
photo
•
This product is not designed for use
with any 3rd party apps including
Snapchat
