Tell Customer:
"Please focus on a point straight in front
of you and keep your head straight."
Orient the fitting system so it sits vertically
centered on the head. Adjust fitting system
as needed to ensure a comfortable fit.

Ask customer:
"Do the earpieces feel deeply inserted
and centered?"
"Are they comfortable?"
Note: The customer knows their ears the
best. If they are not sure the earpieces feel
centered, let them gently wiggle the earpieces
(up and down, side to side) to adjust.
DO NOT proceed until they are comfortable.
