9 Error classification and correction

9.2 Description of error

Error description
During the measuring process,
pressing the START/STOP key once
does not immediately interrupt the
measurement and deflate the cuff
without delay.
START/STOP key pressed but the
required measurement not
completed or pumping process
discontinued prematurely
No symbols appear on display
The battery symbol appears on the
display
Time and/or date incorrect
Incorrect measurements
Error correction
Unfasten cuff, remove battery and do
not use unit. Contact dealer.
Check batteries and change if necessary

• Put on cuff as specified (see 4.2)
• The wrist circumference must be bet-
ween 14 cm and 19.5 cm
• Hold arm still while measuring
• Hold arm level with heart while mea-
suring
