Instructions for use
1.
Compare the technical information (specifications) on all products you would like to connect the transformer to and make sure
they are compatible (specifications must match or be within the specified range).
2.
Read the safety instructions before installing the product!
3.
Switch off the fuse and check with a voltage tester whether the wires to be connected are completely voltage-free.
4.
Leave about 50 mm space around the transformer in all directions when installing.
5.
Connect the secondary circuit (output) first after removing the cover cap (not necessary for product 1010372).
6.
On the secondary side, the two terminal blocks with marked polarity are now exposed.
7.
Connect your LEDs in the correct polarity to the terminal blocks in the secondary circuit.
To calculate the total power (P in watts) of your LEDs, multiply the current consumption of the LEDs (I in amperes) by its voltage
(U in volts). Formula P=U*I applies here. In parallel circuits, the voltage (U) remains constant.
8.
When all devices on the secondary side are correctly wired, connect the primary side (input) to the mains via the terminal blocks
N and L.
9.
Replace the cover caps and screw them on tightly (not necessary for product 1010372).
10. Secure the product with the 2 mounting slots on a dry and firm surface.
11. Switch the fuse back on.
The voltage transformer works as soon as there is voltage on the primary side. It does not have its own on/off switch and is
maintenance-free.
Liability
Poppstar GmbH is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by incorrect installation, use or maintenance.
