- Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- To reduce the risk of fire, do not block any ventilation openings. Do not cover the

- Do not install the appliance in a confined space, such as a bookcase or built-in cabinet.
- Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other
apparatus that produce heat.
- Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or return to an
authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar
coverings. Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from
traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
- Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularly at plugs,
convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
- Do not stretch the cord or place the cord under strain. Keep cord away from heated
surfaces.
- Do not unplug by pulling on the cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord. The use
of an extension cord is not recommended.
- The unit is not disconnected from the AC power source (mains) while it is connected to
the wall outlet, even if the unit itself has been turned off. As the main plug is used to
disconnect the unit from the mains, connect the unit to an easily accessible AC outlet.
Should you notice an abnormality in the unit, disconnect the main plug from the AC outlet
immediately.
