Alignment Instruc�ons
CAUTION: ALIGNMENT IS CRITICAL TO MACHINE OPERATION
NOTE: If the drive sha� does not smoothly and easily drop into the gear box, alignment is necessary.
To align and level the Alliance A9 Machine:
Tools required to level machine: One 10mm Wrench and a level
1. Be sure the machine is on a flat level surface. If it is not, shim the base shelf and feet support to bring the machine's bo�om shelf to level.
2. Loosen the three screws that secure the two rear supports to the base shelf and side panels on the lower back of the machine. Reference A.
3. Loosen the four screws that secure each shelf to both the le� and right side panel. Reference B.
4. Loosen the four screws that secure the header to the top front of the machine. Reference C.
5. You can now easily rock the machine from le� to right.
6. Place a level on either side panel and adjust the machine le� or right un�l plumb.
7. Star�ng at the bo�om of the machine, �ghten each screw on the le� and right side panel.
Verify the machine remains plumb as you �ghten the screws for each shelf.
8. Tighten the screws that a�ach the supports on the back of the machine.
9. Tighten the screws to secure the header.
10. It may be necessary to adjust the loca�on or posi�on of the wall anchors.
The wall anchors should be secured to the wall and to the machine at the highest shelf Just below the header. Reference D.
