Operating and maintenance directions:
1.Please put the scale on hard and flat surface (a clean flat table is the best) and make sure
it is steady before use.
2. The maximum capacity of the scale is 5 kg, which is the weight before tare.
3. Please use a soft tissue dampened with alcohol or glass cleaner to clean the surface if it
is dirty. Do not use soap or other chemicals. Keep the scale away from water, corrosive
liquid, heat and extreme cold.
4. The scale is a high precision measuring device. Never knock it heavily or try to
disassemble it. Handle it carefully and avoid dropping it.
5. The scale is for family use only and not suitable for professional use.
6. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing liquids.
7. Batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be exposed to excessive heat such
as sunshine, fire of the like.
8.Please check the battery if the scale malfunctions. Use a new battery if necessary. For
further troubleshooting, please contact your retailer.
9. Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
10. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
11. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the product.
