Maintenance:
Limescale or algae deposits cause problems to the thermostat. Wash the thermostat
with water and remove any limescale or algae build-up which has formed on the glass tube. Only
use specific and suitable cleaning products.
Safety regulations
- All electrical appliances used must be connected to an emergency cut-off switch set to 30 mA.
- Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the cable.
- This appliance is intended for indoor use only and is designed for water temperatures up to
35°C.
- Do not use this appliance with corrosive or abrasive liquids.
- Before connecting to the mains supply make sure the cable and the appliance are not damaged
in any way.
- The power cable cannot be replaced or repaired if damaged replace the whole unit.
- Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than those described above.
- Before handling or touching the power cable disconnect from the mains. If the plug or power
socket get wet, shut-off the mains before disconnecting the cable.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- To avoid the plug or socket from getting wet due to dripping water, we suggest bending the cable
under the level of the power socket (Fig. 1).
- Do not lift the appliance by its cable.
- Do not connect the appliance to heating elements or heating cables with a wattage over 300 W
Guarantee:
This appliance is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the day of purchase
against defects in material and workmanship. The guarantee is not valid if defects are caused by
tampering, negligence or misuse of the appliance. The guarantee does not cover parts that must
be regularly replaced for regular maintenance or are subject to wear-and-tear.
The certificate of guarantee has to be completed by the retailer and must be sent with the
appliance, if it is returned, together with a receipt, invoice or document showing the date of
purchase.

Atención:
antes de intervenir en el acuario desconectar la alimentación eléctrica de todos los
aparatos eléctricos sumergidos y verificar que la tensión imprimida en el producto corresponda a
la de vuestra red de alimentación. Conectar las ventosas a los clips e introducirlas en la proveta.
Colocar el termóstato en posición vertical fijando las ventosas al vidrio del acuario en un lugar
donde haya flujo de agua corriente, a una profundidad máxima de 90 cm, el nivel del agua no
