Attention: the camera supports only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. It does NOT support 5GHz band
Turn on the camera and wait it to complete the start-up procedure; at the end of the procedure, the light indicator blue
blink. If not, long press the RESET button (around 10 sec) to set the camera to the configuration status.
Please, proceed to connect the camera to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi router using Hey Smart app.
Download and install the HeySmart app from Apple and/or Google stores
Note: Select your country, enter the email and complete the account registration. At the end of the registration, you can
make the login (mail / password). Please, make sure to connect your smartphone to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi modem to which
you want to connect the camera.
Note 1: The QR code must be placed in front of the camera at a distance of 15-20 cm. The camera will issue a confirmation
beep once connection has been made.
Note 2: Cloud Storage is not free.
RESET FACTORY SETTINGS
To reset to factory settings, you must delete the camera from the app by accessing the settings camera. When it restarts, the
camera the light indicator blue blink awaiting association.
ASSOCIATION WITH AMAZON ALEXA
Access the skills from the alexa app, search HeySmart and connect your account. Once the connection is established, ask Alexa
to search all devices to add them.
ASSOCIATION WITH GOOGLE HOME™
Log in to the Google Home™ app, search HeySmart and connect your account.
Once learned, you can ask: "Alexa, show me <Camera Name>", "Hey Google, show me <Camera Name>"
Important: The camera display requires monitor supports (eg Amazon Echo spot or Google Nest Hub).
Compatibility with voice assistants (Google Home and Amazon Alexa) is not guaranteed in all countries.
