INTENDED USE
KA50 stovetop coffee maker is intended for making
coffee.
USE
Before first use, thoroughly wash the inside of the
container (9), jug (3), filter (4), gasket (5), reducer (6)
and funnel (7) with warm water. Make a small amount
of coffee and pour it out. Repeat.
OPERATION
Place the base (10) on a flat, stable surface. Set the switch (11) to "0" and connect the device
to the mains.
Make sure that the appliance is cold, hold the container (9) with one hand and unscrew the
jug (3) by turning it counter-clockwise
Remove the reducer (6) and the funnel (7), and pour the water into the container (9).
CAUTION. Do not pour water above the valve (8) level.
Do not pour hot water to speed up coffee making.
Place the container (9) on a flat surface and insert the funnel (7) with the tube facing down.
Fill the entire funnel (7) with coffee or insert the reducer (6) into the funnel (7) and fill the
entire reducer with coffee. Do not squeeze in the coffee – just make sure that its surface is
flat. Remove excess coffee from the funnel (7) rim.
