BLENDER FUNCTION
We recommend holding the distributor by the handle and the bottom of the motor unit. Also, we
recommend tilting the dispenser slightly to prevent the bell from touching the bottom of the container.
Always make sure that the bell is sufficiently submerged to avoid splashing and that the motor unit vents
do not come in contact with any liquid. For optimum efficiency, two-thirds of the bell should be submerged
in the preparation.
WHISK FUNCTION
You can also hold the appliance by the handle with your hand, leaving your other hand free to hold the
bowl if needed. As you work your preparation, we recommend moving the whisk around in the bowl to
make sure the mixture is completely smooth. It is highly recommended that you avoid the whisk touching
the sides of the bowl. For maximum efficiency, at least one-fifth of the length of the whisk should be
submerged. But never dip the whisk stand into the preparation.

V.Assembly/disassembly

Assembly/disassembly of each device in the appliance shall be performed with the appliance stationary and
the plug disconnected from the outlet.
Mounting Model IB220MF and IB220MV:
1.Align and insert the coupling (5) of the stick (3) or whip (6) into the clutch (2) of the machine body (1).
2.Screw the stick (3) or whip (3) to secure it firmly to the machine body (1).
Assembly Model IB350CF, IB350CV, IB500LF, IB500LV and IB750LF, IB750LV:
1.Align and insert the coupling (5) of the stick (3) or whip (6) into the clutch (2) of the machine body (1).
Make sure the concave side of the coupling engages the convex side of the clutch.
Tighten the nut (6) to fix it firmly to the machine body (1).
