BEFORE THE FIRST USE
•
Remove all packaging from the juicer.
•
Clean all parts of the appliance before the first use.
•
Put the appliance on an even, stable work surface.
• Plug in the appliance. The juicer is now ready for use.
• Before plugging in, ensure the switch is turned to the "OFF" position.
•
Clean and peel the fruits or vegetables, remove the fruit stones.
EXTRACTING JUICE
1. Prepare your fruit or vegetable in advance of use – have the items washed,
peeled (where necessary), de-stoned when necessary, and prepared to fit the
FRUIT CHUTE. Your new Juicer will NOT be able to process fruits whose stone has
not been removed, and the damage caused by attempting to process a
stoned fruit will invalidate any warranty that you may have.
2. Ensure the cups are in place, the PULP CONTAINER to the rear & the JUICE CUP
to the front.
3. Press the switch to make the juicer run during 5 seconds while its empty, then
start with food.
4. When placing any food in the Slow Juicer, the appliance will automatically pull
in the food, and begin juicing immediately. DO NOT push, force, or overstuff the
unit. The Pusher provided with the Slow Juicer is only to use when food obstructs
the inside of the Bowl cover.
OPERATING TIME
This machine is designed with button switches of O grading, I grading, II grading
1.
(O for stop, I for light grading, II for strong grading).
2. Please take care to let your product cool down between two uses.
TIPS
Extracting the juice of fruits or vegetables will leave a lot of pulp. Do no hesitate to reuse it
in various ways : keep the pulp of vegetables to make a delicious soup or broth, the pulp
of a banana to make milkshakes or ice creams...
Avoid very soft fruits as the result will not be optimal (more pulp than juice).
Fruits that contain a lot of juice : apples, grapes, ananas, oranges, melon...
Vegetables that contain a lot of juice : kale, carrots, celery...
CAUTION
1. Before using, put this machine on a stable surface.
2. Do not clean the metal grinder with your hands.
3. During use, do not open the cup cover. In case power supply is on, do not put
hands or any ware into the mixing cup or feed port, otherwise, harmful accident
may occur or this machine may be damaged.
