BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using the egg boiler for the first time, please take the appliance out of the box
and clean it.
Clean the attachments such as the transparent lid, the measuring cup, rack, etc. with
soapy water.
USING YOUR EGG BOILER
Set the egg boiler on a flat and even surface.
Fill the measuring cup with cold water according to the following table:
Soft boiled
Medium boiled
Hard boiled
Steamed eggs
Pour the water on the heat tray, then assemble the egg rack.
Put the eggs on the egg rack, make sure the small end of the egg is facing
downwards.
Place the lid on top of the egg boiler, plug in the egg boiler and put the switch
on the "ON" position. The light indicator on the switch will turn on, indicating that the
appliance is heating.
When the eggs are boiled, the buzzer will emit a sound signal. Put the switch on
the "OFF" position.
WARNING: After the eggs are boiled, switch off and unplug the appliance to stop the
thermostat from automatically resetting when the egg boiler has cooled down. This would
cause the appliance to dry boil, causing energy waste and safety risks.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Please unplug the power source and let the appliance cool down completely before
cleaning and rinsing it.
Clean the lid, measuring cup and rack in hot soapy water, rinse and dry completely.
Do not clean the appliance with abrasive cleaners.
Wipe the base and the heat tray with a damp cloth.
In order to remove limestone deposits from the boiling dish, you should add 1 coffee
spoon of vinegar and 1 glass of water. Then operate the appliance for ten minutes
without lid.
Store the boiler in a dry location such as a table top, counter top or cupboard shelf.
The power cord can be stored underneath the bottom of the boiler.
