9. Cooling:
a) The cooling process takes 1 minute and 30 seconds, during which the
cooling chamber reaches 3
b) To start the process, press the "+3

10. Shock freezing:
a) The shock freezing process takes 4 minutes, during which the cooling

a) Drive the food core probe tip into the piece of food.
