Using With the Tripod
NOTE: The tripod provides a stable, height-adjustable support (up to 43 inches). It
may be utilized on a compact hand-held tool that includes a ¼'' -20 UNC threaded
mounting hole that will not cause the assembly tip tip-over after mounting.
Thread the ¼" -20 UNC tripod screw into the ¼" -20 UNC threaded mounting hole

on your tool. Secure your tool with the 1/4'' screw platform on the tripod.
Loosen locking knob 1. Rotate the crank until the desired height is attained.

Tighten locking knob 1 to lock the center column in position (FIG. 1).

mounting plate to the desired position;
the maximum adjustment scale is 90°.

levers to lock the leg in position. Repeat
for the other two legs (FIG. 5).
