How to Use Food Warmer
1. Before first use, wash lid and warmer using a wet, soapy cloth.
Wipe with wet cloth and dry. Do not submerge in water and
always unplug before cleaning.
2. Do not use this unit to cook foods, including frozen or uncooked
(raw) meats. Cook food before placing in warmer. Chilled or
room-temperature foods will take 1 to 2 hours to warm up when
placed in the warmer with lid on. Never place uncooked meat in
the warmer. Always fully cook meat.
3. Prepare recipe according to instructions. Place cooked food in
crock and cover. Do not overfill.

How to Use Food Warmer
4. Once foods are heated, lid may be removed for serving.
5. When finished serving, unplug the base. Remove food from crock.
6. Let crock and lid cool slightly before washing.
Tips
• For best results, food warmer should be at least half full. Smaller
amounts of food may result in shorter warm-up times and higher
food temperatures.
• It is best to preheat thick foods in a microwave-safe container
and then place them in the warmer for serving.
• Thick foods should be stirred every 10 to 15 minutes for uniform
heating.
• It is best to remove the lid for serving, especially as food quantity
decreases. Otherwise, the food may become too hot.

w WARNING
Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not
immerse cord, plug, or warmer in any liquid.
1. Unplug cord from outlet.
2. Remove lid from warmer and let cool.
3. Empty remaining food from warmer. Wash lid and warmer using
a wet, soapy cloth. Wipe with damp cloth and dry.
4. The outside of the unit may be cleaned with a soft cloth.
