CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Switch the product off and remove all plugs before cleaning.
Removing the Fan Guard

Hold the fan guard frame with both hands and rotate it counterclockwise until a click can be
heard and the internal ribs block further rotation (fig. 1). The guard can now be removed.
Cleaning
The fan guard can be cleaned with water. The fan blade surface, rear cover and battery com-
partment can be wiped clean with a clean cloth. After cleaning, make sure to let all parts dry
completely before reassembling.
Never clean electric parts (e.g.: motor, power button, etc.) with water or other liquids. Make
sure no moisture enters the product during cleaning, so as to prevent damage to the product
and related repairs (fig. 2).
