Using your Grill

Before each use, check the appliance and especially the power cable for damage.
Display: The lower LED displays are used to indicate the readiness. The upper LED displays are used to display the
status. When the preselected time for rotisserie / grill has expired, the operating indicators switch off automatically,
but the ready indicators remain on. When you have finished using the device, always pull the plug out of the socket;
the lower power indicators now also go out.
Caution: Appliance surfaces are hot during and after use! Do not place anything on top of this appliance. Always wear
protective, insulated oven mitts when handling, inserting or removing items from the hot grill. Never attempt to use
your Rotisserie without the drip pan in place.
To use the grill, first select the desired function („Rotisserie" or „Grill"), then set the desired temperature level and
start the grill by selecting the time (15-90 minutes) or permanent on („ON").
The timer starts the grilling process. After the preselected time has elapsed, the grill switches off automatically
and a short acoustic signal sounds. When using the grill without a time preset, you have to switch the grill off
manually („OFF").
If you no longer use the grill, set the function selection button back to the middle position and unplug the grill.
Rotisserie
Place the fat drip tray in the grill. Never use the grill without it.
Place one of the two grill forks on the skewer with the prongs
pointing away from the handle.
Now put the food to be grilled (max. 3kg) on the skewer,
making sure that the weight is evenly distributed around the
skewer.
Now fix the food to be grilled with the second fork and tighten
the screws hand-tight.
Make sure that the food to be grilled is placed compactly around the skewer. If necessary, tie loose parts (e.g. wings or
legs) together with kitchen thread.
Now insert the skewer into the receptacle at the rear end of the grill and lower the skewer into the front recess.
Now start the grilling process as described above and close the glass lid.
Always make sure not to touch any hot surfaces or parts of the grill to avoid burns.
Table grill
Place the fat drip tray in the grill. Never use the grill without it.
Now place the grillage on the grill, select the „Grill" function and start the grill either by setting a grill duration or by
selecting „Permanent On" („ON").
Let the grill preheat for a few minutes before placing the food on the grill.
In order not to damage the non-stick coating of the grate, sharp or metal utensils must not be used to move the food.
Always make sure not to touch any hot surfaces or parts of the grill to avoid burns.
