Unpacking

Carton Contents:

• Sweeper body + collection bin
• Bristle brush (x2)
• Collection bin handle
• Lower frame
• Upper frame
• Screw knob (x4)
• Curved-head bolt (x2)
• Carriage bolt (x2)
• Thread forming screws (x8)
• Manual with registration card
1. Carefully remove the push sweeper and check to see that
all of the above items are supplied.
2. Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage or
damage occurred during shipping. If you find damaged or
missing parts, DO NOT return the unit to the store. Please
call the Snow Joe + Sun Joe

NOTE: Do not discard the shipping carton and packaging
material until you are ready to use your new push
sweeper. The packaging is made of recyclable materials.
Properly dispose of these materials in accordance with
local regulations.
IMPORTANT! The equipment and packaging material are not
toys. Do not let children play with plastic bags, foils, or small
parts. These items can be swallowed and pose a suffocation
risk!
Assembly
1. First, remove the collection bin from the sweeper body.
Then take out the plastic bag containing the bristle
brushes, bolts, screw knobs and the collection bin handle.
2. Attach both bristle brushes onto their fixtures on the
bottom of the push sweeper using six thread forming
screws (Fig. 1).

3. Attach the collection bin handle to the collection bin using
the two remaining thread forming screws (Fig. 2).

4. Attach the lower frame onto the sweeper body using two
sets of screw knobs and carriage bolts. Then attach the
upper frame onto the lower frame using two curved-head
bolts and the remaining two screw knobs. Tighten the
knobs clockwise by hand to ensure a secure fit (Fig. 3).
NOTE: Attach the upper frame via the bottom pair of holes for
a shorter handle height of 37.8 in. (96 cm), or via the top pair of
holes for a handle height of 40 in. (101 cm).
