Operation
1. Place the milk frother on a flat and stable surface.
2. Select the appropriate whisk and insert it firmly onto the jug's base shaft (Fig.A).
3. Pour the milk into the jug according to the max& min mark inside the jug (Fig.B). Max capacity
chart is below for your reference.
4. Close the appliance with the lid. Make sure it is properly fixed.
5. Press the power button to start frothing (Fig.C).
a)
Frothing and Heating milk: Press the power button to start. Press the power button once
again, the red indicator lights up indicating that the milk frother is operating. The appliance
will switch off automatically once the process is over.
b)
Frothing the cold milk: Pour cold milk into the jug and press and hold the power button
for approximately 3 seconds, whereupon the blue LED Indicator lights up. The appliance
will switch off automatically once the process has finished.

Hints and tips

Always use the milk frother first to froth/heat your milk. While it is operating, prepare your
coffee or hot chocolate.
Use whole milk to froth (fat capacity >3.0%) for better results.
Heated milk reaches a maximum temperature of 65+/-5℃ approx. This is the ideal
temperature for the coffee to be properly tasted. Moreover, you do not have to wait too long
to take your coffee.
Make sure you store the whisks in a safe place, they are very small and could be lost very easily.
Allow the appliance to rest, at least 2 minutes, between different uses. To shorten this time,
rinse the jug with cold water to cool down the thermostat and use again.
This milk frother is designed to heat and froth plain milk only.
