1. The printer is best used in an
environment with a temperature of
20 ℃ - 25 ℃ and a relative humidity
of 40% - 60%. Improper ambient
temperature and humidity will affect
the printing quality, resulting in paper
jam and incomplete printing.
Do not use unofficial Mono paper,

ZINK paper or the Smart Sheet of ZINK
paper to ensure the printing quality.
3. Do not mix the ZINK paper and
the Smart Sheet in different packs,
otherwise the printing quality will be
affected. When a pack of ZINK paper
is used, it is recommended to load the
whole pack, load another pack after
it is used up, and calibrate it with the
Smart Sheet in the original pack.
