Installation Instructions:
Place ball mount holder into slots in the base and line up holes on sides as pictured.

Take the 4 shortest self tapping screws (1-1/2 inch) and secure the ball mount holder to the base

using a 10mm socket as pictured.
Insert the 4 rubber support feet in the spaces directly behind the drain hole slots as pictured.

Do not block the corner drain hole slots.
Place the Receiver Caddy behind the wheel well, on either side of the vehicle.

Adjust the rubber support feet to level the Receiver Caddy on bed/floor of vehicle.

Note: Rubber support feet are designed to extend below the base either 1/2 inch or 1/4 inch
depending on how they are placed in the base.
Take the 3 long self tapping screws (2-1/2 inch) and place into the pre-drilled holes in the bottom

of the Receiver Caddy. Using a 10mm socket and power wrench, drill through bed/floor of
vehicle. Tighten each screw a little at a time until the base is level and snug. Do not overtighten.
(Alternate install method: Bolt to vehicle bed and fasten lock nuts underneath the bed.)
Slide metal locking pin into the hole in the side of the Receiver Caddy as pictured.

To lock, line up the hole in the pin with the hole in the side of the Receiver Caddy and
insert lock as pictured. (Lock not included.)
Safety Instructions:
Warning: Receiver Caddy & ball mounts must be secured at all times while vehicle is moving.
Make sure Receiver Caddy is secured according to the installation instructions.
Do not store explosives or hazardous materials in the Receiver Caddy.
