If the product cannot charge or power other devices, please checking according to the following steps:
1. Make sure the power button is turned on.
2. Make sure the AC and DC power button are on.
3. Check the battery capacity, if it's lower than 10%, please recharge the product as soon as possible.
4. Make sure the load power connected didn't exceed the limit power of the product, each port has a limit for the power connected.
