6. Forward-facing installation

6.1 Installation of group I

ISOFIX + three-point seatbelt

1. GROUP I (suitable for children between 9 months and 4 years of age or between 9
and 18 kg in weight).
NOTE: GROUP I (9-18KG) (Image 14) Remove the sleeping pad.2. Refer to section 4.5
to adjust the seat body (12) to the forward position and confirm that it is locked.
(Cannot rotate)
3. Refer to section 4.4 to adjust the chair body (12) to the appropriate position and
confirm it is locked. (Cannot slide)
4. Refer to section 4.1 for ISOFIX installation.
Caution: The ISOFIX anchorage is correctly installed only if the ISOFIX indicator
changes to green. (12-D)
5. Use the head restraint cushion and adapter seat when the weight is less than 10 kg.
Remove the head restraint cushion and seat cushion when the weight is more than 10
kg. (13-A).
6. Remove the 3-point seat belt, insert the seat belt strap into the slot in the upper
guide (13- C), then place the lap belt through the slot in the base guide on both sides
of the base (13-B), then through the side of the head restraint (13-D), insert into the
seat belt slot (13-E).
Tighten the 3-point seat belt, make sure it is snug and has no creases.
7.Open the 5-point buckle and position the infant. Adjust the belt to the proper position
(13-F) (See section 4.2)
