Make sure the cord never comes into contact with the hot parts of the appliance. Never touch the hot parts of the
appliance, always make use of the plastic handles. Make sure nothing comes into contact with the heating element of the
appliance.

Make sure the appliance never comes into contact with inflammable materials, such as curtains, cloth, etc. when it is in
use, as a fire might occur. It is advised to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the appliance (this way you
don't get burns on your table or table cloth).

Your "party set" is equipped with little skimmers, make sure not to scratch their special coating as you might get pieces of
this coating in the food. Use a classical wooden spatula or a heat resistant plastic one

Unplug the appliance when not in use. Be extremely cautious as oil and fat preparations might catch fire if overheated.
Provide proper ventilation when using the appliance.

Instructions for use
Before using it for the first time, clean the grill plate and the wok-pans with a wet cloth. When it is first switched on, the wok-grill
may smell and emit some smoke. This is normal; the grease that may have adhered to the element during manufacture is
burning off We therefore recommend that you heat up the wok-grill for about 10 minutes without any food (ventilate the room
during this period). Always pre-heat your appliance on the highest level during more or less 10 minutes before using it. In order
to prevent grease stains on your table cloth, don't forget to put another, easy-washing cloth under your appliance.
Wok
Put the wok-grill in the middle of the table. Cut the meat and vegetables into small pieces. You thus reduce the cooking time.
Chop the crude meat and serve it on a plate or a wooden board. And the vegetables on a separate plate. Your guests can then
choose as they wish and grill it in their wok pans. You can grill all food in the wok pans, cook fruit through or over, fry eggs or
potatoes and many other things. You may serve the grilled meat with different sauces, salad or French baguette.
Baking/grilling
On the plate you can use the round circles also for baking an egg or pancake, crepe etc. also you can grill your larger pieces of
meat on this circles (of course, when not using it for wok-baking)
Saucer
Only available on the 6 persons type BP-2967.
During baking, grilling or wokking you can put your saucer on the middle circle sothat you can keep your sauce or maybe soup
on a right temperature.
Cleaning
Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down. Wipe the inside and the edges of the appliance with a paper
towel or a soft cloth. Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease enters the
cooling slots. Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the finish. Do
not immerse in water or any other liquid.
Guidelines for protection of the environment
This appliance should not be put into the domestic garbage at the end of its useful life, but must be disposed of
at a central point for recycling of electric and electronic domestic appliances.
