Auger continuously runs.
Grease fire.
Outdoor temperature is
influencing the grill.
The lid is open.
Missing or incorrect power
supply.
LCD screen failure.
Blown fuse on circuit board.
The grill has overheated,
possibly due to grease fire or
excess fuel.
Grill Probe (RTD) failure or
disconnection
Control knob was not in OFF
position when the grill was
connected to AC power.
The grill temperature is lower
that 150 F.
The igniter is ON.
Adjust the Control Knob to a lower temperature.
If the temperature continue to go higher than

Some smoke is normal, but if excess smoke is
observed and the temperature has increased,
there is a grease fire. Turn OFF and unplug the
power cord. A simple grease should extinguish
itself. If fire continues, contact fire department.
Close the grill lid and allow up to 15 minutes for
the temperature to stabilize. Operating the grill
in very cold condition may affect the
performance.
Ensure the grill is properly connected to a
working GFCI outlet supplying 120 volts. If the
display has failed, contact Customer Service for
controller replacement.
Inspect and replace the 5 amp fuse. (See circuit
board diagram for information.)
Turn the grill OFF then unplug the power cord
and allow grill to cool. Clean grill interior,
remove excess pellets from firepot and confirm
positioning of all component parts.
Unplug the power cord and allow the grill to
cool. Ensure the wiring is properly connected
and check for damage. If the error continues,
contact Customer Service.
