4 Maintenance
▶ Press the TEST/SILENCE button for one second in order to activate a full test cycle where lights,
messages, and audible sounds are performed
▶ Test the device every month
If the product does not perform as described, replace it immediately. The product will not protect against
the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning when the battery has drained.
4.1 Modifications and repairs
Improper modifications or repairs can result in personal injury and/or material damage.
1. Do not open the product's housing. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
2. Do not modify or repair the product.
3. Do not use the product in case of defects
WARNING
Do not try to repair the product, it has the risk of electric shock or malfunction if the device is tampered
with.
