1) In standby mode, touch WEIGHT DEFROST pad to choose food type
(once-meat, twice-poultry, three times-fish). Maximum weight: 80 oz.
2) Enter food weight with number pad, touch START/+30SEC pad to start.
NOTE:
During Defrosting, the system will pause automatically and sound to remind
user to turn food over, after that, touch START/+30SEC. to resume.

Sensor Cook Feature

It detects the increasing humidity released during cooking and automatically
adjust the cooking time to various types and amounts of food. Please follow
below recommendations to ensure best results with sensor cook:
1) Keep the glass tray, container and inside of the microwave dry before
placing food in it. (Extra moisture will mislead the sensor)
2) Cover food with lid or vented plastic wrap,not tightly sealed plastic containers.
3) If you open the oven door or touch STOP/CLEAR during cooking, the system
return to standby mode immediately.
4) All foods should have a rest time.
5) Do not use the sensor feature twice in succession on the same food, this
could result in severely overcooked food. If food is under cooked after
countdown, use time cooking.
NOTE: After cooking for a period of time, the system will detect
whether there is error, if there is error, for example, the sensor short circuit or
open circuit, the system will stop automatically with the display showing E-5,
beeps sound every 3s until touch STOP/CLEAR pad. If there is no error, the
system will judge corresponding cooking time based on the steam generated by
the food, after cooking for a period of time, the countdown will display on the
screen. After ending cooking, the buzzer sound bees for a while with display
End. If in the longest sensor time the oven cannot judge the cooking time
according the steam produced by food in the body, the cooking will auto-end.
For potatoes (6~24 oz.):
Touch BAKED POTATO pad. When the released steam is detected by the
oven, the remaining cooking time will appear in display.
For a 3.5 oz. bag of microwave popcorn:
Touch POPCORN once. When the released steam is detected by the oven,
the remaining cooking time will appear in display.
