INSTALLATION ONLY AS POWER SUPPLY
Using one or more sources to power your sound equipment without using
batteries:
To use the source as a power supply without the help of batteries, make sure
that the total consumption of the powered equipment does not exceed the
rated current supplied by the source. If the peak consumption exceeds this
value, the source will trigger protection.
Protections
When activating a protection, the power supply will turn off and the LED
present on the POWER/PROT button will light up. Check the cause of the
problem and turn the power back on.
The protection features present are:
▪ Internal AC input fuse: Protection against internal short circuit of the power
supply.
▪ Short circuit at the DC output: Protection against short circuit and overload
at the output.
▪ Low Voltage (Undervoltage): Output voltage protection below 7.5Vdc.
▪ Temperature: Intelligent monitoring that regulates the operation of the power
supply according to the temperature, preventing it from being turned off.
