USING YOUR
In order to get you using your
MixStir
right away, we have in-
cluded at the end of this section
a "Visual Quick Start Guide" to
accelerate your familiarization
with this amazingly easy to use
revolutionary and innovative
appliance. Please feel free to
"jump" to the guide if you so
wish.
Now that your
charged, let's examine the unit
to see how some of it's unique
features will work for you to
save you time and effort in the
kitchen.
Please take a look at the Stir-
ring Power Arm. As you can
see, it can slide up and down
the Support Column, as well
as it can swivel around it, a full
360°.
You can adjust the position
of the Stirring Power Arm via
the the 2 Large Swivel Locking
Knobs, allowing you to place
the unit at various angles.
You can also adjust the height

is fully

and or depth of the Stirring
Paddles via the Locking Slid-
ing Collar, which acts as a
"stop", so that the Stirring
Paddle will not rub or scrape
the bottom of you pot or pan.
Position the Stirring Power
Arm at a desired angle and
tighten the large knobs to keep
it from swiveling. Please
Note: Care should be taken
at angles not parallel to the
Base Unit to avoid tipping.
Choose a Stirring Paddle, and
go to the motor drive end of the
Power Head Unit, where you
will see a collet with a knurled
collar.
To insert a Stirring Paddle,
slide the knurled collar down,
and insert the hexagonal end
into the collet, and release the
knurled collar. Your Stirring
Paddle is now secure.
To remove , simply slide the
knurled collar down, and the
Stirring Paddle will be re-
leased.
