Lifting the electric patio heater
Take out the base, tube and screws, as shown below.
1) Use six screws and nuts to secure the base and tube 1 together. Put the
black plastic cover down.
2) Take out the heater and thread the power cord through the tube, then tight-
en tube 1 and 2 together. Use two 4*14 screws to tighten the umbrella and
tube 3.
