To start to use your new retractable cable, follow these steps:
1.- To use whole cable length, just pull both extremes to the end, at the same
time, then you will hear a click. To retract the cable, pull both extremes until the
end and automatically returns to the initial position.
2.- Plug the Dock connector into the iPod.
3.- Then, plug the USB connector into an available USB port in the computer.
4.- Now, you can start to use your new USB cable with the iPod.
5.- When you don't need to use the cable anymore, unplug the USB cable from
the computer and from the iPod.
