Assembly instructions
Select fixed or swivel wheels
Pull the lever up to select a fixed wheel or push down to select swivel wheels.
Make sure the wheels are facing forward when you want to select fixed wheels.
To attach and use the canopy
To insert the canopy plastic on the plastic set on the handle tube.
To secure in place use the Velcro tabs. To retract the canopy, lift
the hinges on both sides and pull the canopy back towards the
handles by the front rim of the canopy.
