GETTING STARTED
To start, place feet on foot rails and press power button on remote. Be sure
to point remote directly at display. Display will count down and running
belt will begin to move.
1.
Adjust running belt speed by pressing speed up or speed down buttons
on remote.
2.
During normal use, display will automatically cycle between Speed,
Time, Distance (mph), and Calories (estimated calories burned).
WARM-UP, USAGE, & COOL-DOWN TIPS

Always warm-up before exercising.

Start at an easy pace for about 3-5 minutes. Ensure you are using proper
walking form with your back straight and not hunched over handlebars.
A slower pace with good form is better than a faster pace with poor form.

Increase walking speed to a faster, but still comfortable pace. Ensure you
are still able to maintain proper walking form.
4.
When finished with workout, steadily slow walking pace for about 3-5
minutes before completely stopping.
WARNING: Before maintaining treadmill, power off and unplug.
LUBRICATION OIL
0.8 OZ | 25 mL
INGREDIENTS: Silicone oil
Gently lift edge of running belt and apply a small amount of lubricating oil
to the treadmill running board. Run the treadmill at a low speed for several
minutes while periodically walking on it to allow the oil to spread evenly.
Store in a cool, dry place.
WARNINGS: Keep out of eyes. In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly
with water for several minutes. Do not ingest. If symptoms caused by
exposure to solution persist, consult a doctor. Keep away from children.
Dispose of product according to local regulations.
