HOW TO USE
1. Open the compartment (A) and put 4 AA batteries
inside, then close it.
2. Put the rubber hose (D) inside the hermetic sack or
cloche (check optionals).
3. Put the wood chips (cod. SB-A01) in the burn
chamber (C).
4. Set ON the appliance (B) and put on fire the wood
chips using a match or a lighter. DO NOT USE a
kitchen torch or other heat device as the excessive
heat may damage the unit.
5. Turn it OFF and let the smoke act on the food for 2/3
minutes to get the smoky flavor and aroma.
CLEANING – MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is completely cooled down and power switch is positioned to
OFF position.
2. WARNING: Clean carefully the appliance after each use. A bad maintenance could cause problems with
proper operation of the appliance.
3. Remove the burn chamber (C) from the main body, reverse the burn chamber and tap on a solid surface
to remove any remaining wood chips or ash. Always empty ash and burnt material into a non-flammable
receptacle.
4. Clean the burn chamber, mesh filter and hose with warm soapy water and a small brush if required.
5. Use damp cloth to clean the main body. Do not immerse in water.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISPOSAL
Disposal of this product shall be governed by the European Community Directive 2012/19/UE on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). According to this regulation, the consumer has the obligation
NOT to dispose of this product as household waste but through separate channels of collection (WEEE). In
the case of purchasing a similar new product, this product can be disposed free of charge from the
distributor. The disposal is free, no purchase required, for WEEE small size (external dimensions below 25
cm). Comply with local regulations in the fields of waste disposal. It is always possible to dispose of this
product at a WEEE collection center predisposed by the public administration. The incorrect disposal of this article could
have potential adverse effects on the environment and human health. This symbol indicates the consumer's duty to
dispose of this article as WEEE and NOT as household waste. Improper disposal of the product by the consumer
involves the application of administrative sanctions provided by law.

7. Nunca coloque el aparato bajo el agua para evitar descargas eléctricas..
8. No lo coloque sobre o cerca de gas caliente, un quemador eléctrico o en un horno caliente.
9. No genere humo durante períodos de tiempo superiores a 30 segundos. Duraciones más largas pueden
dañar la unidad.
10. Utilice siempre el ahumador en posición horizontal.
11. No deje el ahumador desatendido.
12. ADVERTENCIA: el cuerpo de metal y la cámara de quemador del ahumador se calentarán mucho
cuando estén en uso. Permita que el dispositivo se enfríe completamente antes de tocarlo.
13. No intente quemar nada que no sean pequeñas astillas de madera (cod. SB-A01) en la cámara del
quemador.
