3 Use

3.1 Switching on/off

Insert the electrical lead into the mains power socket.
To switch the equipment on:
Hold the On/Off button down for a few seconds
The blue LED (ref. F, figure 1) comes on.
The ION (ionizer) technology starts up automatically
The LCD display unit comes on and flashes for about 30 seconds (equipment
cold) until a default temperature of 180° has been reached.
To switch the equipment off:
Hold the On/Off button down for a few seconds
The equipment automatically switches off after 60 minutes without use.
3.2 Adjusting temperature
By default, the temperature is set to 180°C.
Set the required temperature by means of the
temperature range is between 130°C and 230°C. The temperature is increased
or reduced in steps of 10°C.
