8. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the
appliance is not in use and before cleaning.
9. Ensure that the mains cable is not hung over sharp edges
and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.
10. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water
or other liquids. There is danger to life due to electric shock!
11. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do
not pull the power cord.
12. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the
plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and send it to
an authorized service center for repair.
13. Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical
outlet with a wet hand.
14. Never attempt to open the housing of the appliance, or to
repair the appliance yourself. This could cause electric
shock.
15. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
16. This appliance is not designed for commercial use.
17. Do not use the appliance for other than intended use.
18. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not
bend it.
19. Keep the device and the cable away from heat, direct
sunlight, moisture, sharp edges and suchlike.
20. Never leave the device unsupervised! Switch off the device
whenever you are not using it, even if this is only for a
moment.
21. Use only original accessories.
22. Attachments may get hot in use. Use care when handling
them.
23. The slots and openings on the appliance are for ventilation.
Do not cover or block them as it could lead to overheating.
24. Do not insert any objects into the air vents.
25. Do not use outdoors, or where aerosol products are being
used.
26. Do not direct hot air toward eyes.
27. Do not use with synthetic hair or wigs.
