If you have problems using your connected watch, please follow the instructions

Press the touch button for 3 seconds.
Check that your watch has power, charge it.
If it still does not light after charing more than 2 hours, please use
another charger.

Your device is probably out of battery. Please charge it.

Please ensure that the charging time is sufficient (2h).
The cable may be damaged, please test another one.
Check that the charging port on the back of the truck is not
damaged and is in good condition.

Repeat the operation to connect your watch. Disable and
reactivate Bluetooth on your smartphone.

The sleep analysis is self-programmed from 8:00 pm to 10:00 am
The watch does not analyze if you sleep outside of this time slot.
