INSTRUCTIONS
Model: SL2503/B
CEILING SENSOR IP66
Notice
Before any electrical work, ensure mains supply cable are isolated by switching off and removing the relevant
fuse.
Do not disassemble, repaire the unit or attempt to remove the lens cover, this could lead to the damage of
sensor and the quarantee would not be accepted.
The light source will turn on while the sensor is connected to electrical circuit.
Do not mount two and more sensors too close to each other, it could lead to incorrect funcion of sensor.
Distance between sensors and lamps should be at least 2m.
If sensor used with lamps with electronical ballast, it could caused false triggering.
Location of two or more sensors in one room that switch different lamps may disbar some sensors because of
too much light (LUX) in the room than the sensors are used to. More sensors is possible to set in one room
only if regulators are set to max. LUX, so that they work properly also during the day.
Optimal conditions for sensor is temperature +25 degrees. The detection zone may decrease with different
temperature. Sensor starts working within min. 10LUX.
Quake of thin walls, plasterboard (above door etc.), outage may cause false triggering.
IR sensors are very sensitive. This sensitivity is not adjustable.
All sensors and other sources of EM signal must be in min. distance 1m - otherwise it can lead to false
triggering (for examples mobile phone). If connected to contactor it is recommended to add next light sources
(f.e. incadescent bulb) to circuit.
