Installation Instructions
Installing the Universal Wall Fitting
The WaterStarsWF ™ uses a universal wall fitting
(UWF) that fits into the 1-1/2" female threaded return
line. If an eyeball fitting is installed, remove the parts
as shown below and then install the UWF.

1. Turn on the pool filtration pump and flush the
plumbing line. Turn off the pump.
2. Screw UWF into the return line, hand tighten.
3. Turn the quick disconnect end of the riser
clockwise into the UWF until secure.
Assembling the WaterStarsWF
1. Screw either the flower or morning glory fountain
head onto the threaded end of the riser.
2. The fountain head should be above water level
but below the top of the deck. To adjust the
height, loosen the riser and slide the 3/4" pipe
up or down.

If the fountain head extends above the deck,
remove the head, push the pipe all the way down
and measure the excess pipe. The threaded
section should be just above water level. Cut
pipe from the bottom - do not cut threaded end -
leaving at least 3". Slide pipe back into place and
screw on fountain head.

3. Retighten the nut.
4. Turn on the pool pump.
Fountain Display Height Adjustments
The adjustable plug is used to change the height of
the fountain display. Loosen the plug to decrease the
height, tighten to increase it. The morning glory foun-
tain can be further adjusted by tightening or loosen-
ing the spreader.

If there is too much water pressure, install the restric-
tor washer by snapping it into the Quick Disconnect.
Storage and Winterizing
To disconnect the WaterStarsWF, turn off the pool
pump, push the Quick Disconnect in and turn
counterclockwise.
Drain all water from the WaterStarsWF and store it in
a secure place, out of direct sunlight.
To winterize, remove the UWF from the pool by
pulling the Quick Disconnect away from the wall
while unscrewing the UWF. If necessary, a UWF
removal tool (part #10-102-00) is available.
