OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
Proper usage
This machine is designed to mix liquid and powdery building
materials such as paint, mortar, adhesive, plaster and similar
substances. It must be fitted with the correct mixing tool for
the consistency and quantity of material in question in order
to achieve the required mixing effect.
1. Install / replace the mixing paddle (See Fig
A-C)
Take out the two parts of the mixing paddle from the carton.
Then fit the two parts.
To install the mixing paddle (6), insert the mixing paddle into
the connection nut (5). Tighten the mixing paddle with two
spanners as shown in Fig C.
Note: The rotation direction of mixing paddle assembly is
contrary to the mixer.
To remove the mixing paddle, loosen it in reverse direction
with the spanners.
2. Switch lock-on button (See Fig. D)
Depress on/off switch(1) then lock-on button(2), release on/
off switch(1) first and lock-on button(2) second. Your switch
is now locked on for continuous use. To switch off your tool
just depress and release the on/off switch.
3. Two speed gear box selector (see Fig F)
The speed of the mixer can be altered by the two speed gear
box selector (4).
To select the low speed, high torque setting at position 1,
turn the selector to make the end marked "1" towards the
triangle symbol engraved on the mixer body. To select the
high speed, low torque setting at position 2, turn the selector
and make the end marked "2" towards the triangle symbol.
If the gears do not engage easily then rotate the mixing
paddle by hand to align the gears.
Warning: Remove the plug from the
socket before rotating the mixing
paddle.
4. Variable speed control (see Fig E)
The variable speed control (8) allows you to vary the speed
of the mixer. The speed increases as you turn the switch
towards the higher numbers and decreases for the lower
numbers. Turn toward the higher numbers to increase speed
or low numbers to decrease speed.

WORKING HINTS FOR
YOUR MIXER
1.
Keep connection nut clean, and apply some lubrication
on thread when you install the mixing paddle.
2.
Guide the machine through the mixing vessel. Continue
mixing the material until it is fully homogenized.
3.
When you insert the mixer into the material to be mixed
or take it out, reduce the speed.
4.
When you have finished the mixing work, clean the
mixer.
5.
If your power tool becomes too hot, set the speed to
maximum and run a no load for 2-3 minutes to cool the
motor.
MAINTENANCE
Note: Remove the plug from the socket
before carrying out any adjustment,
servicing or maintenance.
There are no user serviceable parts in your power tool.
Never use water or chemical cleaners to clean your power
tool. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your power
tool in a dry place. Keep the motor ventilation slots clean.
Keep all working controls free of dust. Occasionally you
may see sparks through the ventilation slots. This is
normal and will not damage your power tool.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
If your power tool does not start, check the plug on the
power supply first.
