Installation
Use a pencil to mark the two suspension
points. Make sure that it will be possible to
place the compressor close enough to the
attachment point that the connection hose
(7) can be connected to the compressor.
Drill two holes of the same diameter as the
expansion bolts provided.
Knock the expansion bolt anchors into the
holes and hang the mounting bracket (1)
from them. Fit a washer and a nut on each
thread and tighten the nuts.
Check that the mounting bracket is securely
attached to the wall.
Use
Connect the connection hose's nipple (6) to
the outlet of your compressor.
Take hold of the hose stop (3). Pull the
hose (4) out as far as necessary and hold it
securely. The rewinding mechanism locks (in
the same way as a blind), so the hose does
not automatically roll back before pulling it
out again. There are 2-3 lock points per metre
of hose. Do not pull the hose out beyond the
yellow safety marking on the hose!
Once you have fi nished using the hose, turn
the compressor off and equalise the pressure.
Gently pull on the hose and allow the reel
mechanism to pull it in.
Keep hold of the hose as the hose reel pulls
it in. Make sure that the hose does not get
twisted or tangled as it is pulled in.
There must be no pressure in the hose when
it is reeled in or not in use.
Cleaning
Clean the hose reel with a well wrung cloth
or a brush. Do not use harsh or abrasive
detergents, as these may damage the hose
and reel.
Avoid spraying water on or into the hose reel.
