Amsterdam, The Netherlands performed the EU type-examination (Module B) and issued the EU
type-examination certificate CE 716393.
The Airfed Faceshield is subject to the conformity assessment procedure type EU Module D, laid
out in Annex VIII of EU Regulation 2016/425, under surveillance of the notified body BSI Group
The Netherlands B.V., (NB2797).

ments of The Product Safety and Metrology etc (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (SI
2020/676) relating to Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (PPE) 2016/425 Annex V (Module
B) and meets the relevant health and safety requirements specified in Annex II.
Complete technical documentation and operating instructions are available for 10 years.
