Do not use this pressure cooker for pressure frying with oil.

When the normal operating pressure is reached, turn the heat down so all the liquid, which
creates the steam, does not evaporate.

Do not place anything on top of the pressure cooker when the lid is closed, when in use and when
stored.

Be extremely cautious of steam when opening the lid.

Do not touch, cover or obstruct the safety valve, safety lock pin or pressure regulator on the top of
the pressure cooker as it extremely hot and may cause burns.

Alcohol vapor is inflammable. Bring alcohol to the boil some two minutes before putting the lid on.
Watch over your pressure cooker when making alcohol based recipes.

Never use your pressure cooker to store acid or salty foods prior to and after cooking for this may
damage your pressure cooker body.

To ensure safe operation and satisfactory performance, replace the silicone gasket if it becomes
hard, deformed, cracked, worn, or pitted. It is recommended that the silicone gasket be
replaced at least every two years.
•
If during use you notice that any part of your pressure cooker is broken or cracked, do not
attempt to open it under any circumstances; turn off the heat and leave on the hob to cool down
completely before moving it or opening the lid. Do not use it again.
