Troubleshooting
In case of malfunctions during use, please read the manual carefully before calling for maintenance. The following table
lists the common faults, possible causes and solutions.

Reasons
z Filter is clogged.
z Dust cup is clogged.
z Filter is clogged, automatically turning
power to LOW to prevent overheating.
* Depending on the operation mode,
the humidity of the room, and the
environment, the operation light may
flash and decrease the power.
z Sensor is coated in dust.
z Significantly lower suction.
z Plug is not inserted into the outlet
correctly.
z "Protection mode" has been activated to
prevent overheating.
z Room temperature is too low.
z The string is wrapped around the
rotating part, and it is stuck.
z Lifted the head.

z Please clean or replace.
z Please remove dust.
